WE REGULARLY HELP MANY CLIENTS TAKE A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO BOTH OF THESE CHALLENGES. WE ARE CURRENT WITH WINDSTORM CERTIFICATIONS AND COMPLIANCE. WE REGULARLY UPDATE WINDOWS AND DOORS TO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH WINDSTORM CODES. WE ALSO INSTALL WHOLE HOME SYSTEM BACKUP GENERATORS. WE WILL ALSO REMOVE TREE LIMBS, INSTALL HURRICANE SHUTTERS, UPDATE GAS AND WATER LINES, REINFORCE ROOFS AND EVES. WE HAVE IN-HOUSE TEXAS STATE LICENSED TWIA WINDSTORM ENGINEER TO ENSURE ALL CERTIFICATIONS WITHSTAND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. 

WE GENERALLY WORK ON PRIMARY OR SECONDARY RESIDENCES. OUR CUSTOM WORK IS NOT SUITED FOR MOST RENTAL PROPERTIES. WE HAVE PERFORMED HUNDREDS OF RENOVATIONS, ADDITIONS, CONVERSIONS, REPLACEMENTS, AND EXPANSIONS THROUGHOUT THE COASTAL BEND. WE KEEP CURRENT WITH NEW STYLES AND MATERIALS TO INSURE OUR CUSTOM KITCHENS AND BATHS ARE BEAUTIFUL!

HOME RENOVATION IS A VERY DIFFERENT PROCESS FROM NEW CONSTRUCTION. WITH NEW CONSTRUCTION WE HAVE A CLEAN SLATE, WE HAVE BLUEPRINTS AND A BUILDING PACKAGE. IT IS NOT THE SAME WITH RENOVATIONS. WE KNOW WE WILL DISCOVER MANY CHALLENGES ALONG THE WAY. WE KNOW BUILDING CODES CONTINUALLY CHANGE AND IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING OUR PROJECTS UP TO CURRENT CODE SPECIFICATIONS. MISTAKES CAN BE CATASTROPHIC TO A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. THESE ARE NOT PASS-THROUGH COSTS (TO THE CLIENT) AND CAN LITERALLY PUT A CONTRACTOR OUT OF BUSINESS. WE USE OUR VAST EXPERIENCES TO MITIGATE RISKS AND UNFORESEEN CHALLENGES TO KEEP OUR PROJECTS ON TIME AND ON BUDGET.

IT IS WISE TO CONSIDER THAT WHEN HIRING A GENERAL CONTRACTOR, YOU ARE NOT ONLY PAYING FOR THEIR TIME, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, THEIR EXPERIENCE.
